Refund policy

We want you to love every order. If something arrives damaged or isn't right, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll make it right — replacement or full refund, no hassle.

Because our products are personal care and reusable items, we can't accept returns on opened or used products. Unopened items in original condition may be returned within 14 days. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
